While the night is generally perceived as being darkish, VW see it differently, introducing their so-called “White Night” as a new special model. The Eos “White Night” is on sale from 33,140 euros and can be fitted with almost all engine variations. The basic price will secure you the 122bhp 1.4 TSI version with a six-speed manual box.
In the case of this car, it is all about the contrast between black and white. The body is white, while elements such as the roof, radiator grille and mirror mounts are in black. Partially black sprayed 18″ alloys as well as LED rear lights complete the new look. Inside, the new look continues with light seams emphasising the black nappa leather seats and door and side covers, as well as the black steering wheel. There also decorative strips, a white radio surround and lower door trim strips with a “White Night” inscription. The Eos “White Night” comes with climate control as standard equipment, and a sports chassis that has been lowered by 1.5cm, as well as heated front seats for some nocturnal warmth.

In Europe, the Ford Capri achieved the status of a cult car, the equivalent of the ever-popular Ford Mustang in the United States. But unlike the typically American pony car which has continued rolling off the assembly lines since its launch in 1964, the Capri ceased production in 1986. There are strong rumours that the Capri is heading for a remake and could be putting in a reappearance at the first auto shows of 2010.
